Cancellation Policy

1. General Framework

At Zawki, we process your orders as quickly as possible. We offer a flexible cancellation policy allowing you to cancel your order free of charge and without any overhead fees, provided that the order is still under processing and has not yet been dispatched with our delivery representative or courier.

2. Order Verification and Automatic Cancellation

  1. Every submitted order through our platform is considered an "offer to buy" and remains pending until verified.
  2. Our team will contact you via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS to verify your identity, exact delivery location, and EU size selection.
  3. Automatic Cancellation: If we cannot reach you within 48 hours to verbally confirm these details, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system to release the premium inventory.

3. Strict Rule: Dispatched Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS: Once your order has been confirmed and is officially out for delivery with our courier, cancellations or delivery refusals at your doorstep will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To maintain the integrity of our logistics network and premium imported inventory, you must accept the package and pay the courier the full invoice amount first. After successfully accepting and paying for the delivery, you can immediately initiate a formal return request via your dashboard.

4. How to Cancel Your Order (Before Dispatch)

If your order is still being processed and has not yet left for delivery, you can cancel it instantly and automatically without needing to contact customer support:

  1. Via the Website & Mobile App: Simply navigate to the Order Page within your account profile, locate your pending transaction, and click/tap Cancel Order to remove it immediately.

5. Post-Delivery Return Steps

Once you have accepted and paid for the package as required in Section 3, make sure the footwear remains entirely unworn and in its pristine original manufacturer box, then submit your request through our automated return channels:
