2. Return Timeline
- The exact number of return/exchange days allowed for each item is explicitly displayed on that individual product details page within our platform.
- The timeline starts the moment you accept and pay for the package.
3. Eligibility & Footwear Condition
To qualify for a successful exchange or return, items must meet these strict criteria:
- Unworn: Shoes must be entirely unused, clean, and show zero signs of indoor or outdoor wear.
- Original Box: Items must be returned in their original undamaged manufacturer's box with all original tags, paper inserts, and packaging intact.
4. Shipping Fees
- Size Exchange / Change of Mind: The customer covers all associated return shipping and local courier fees.
- Zawki Error (Wrong item/Defect): Zawki covers 100% of the delivery and return fees—you will not pay anything extra.
5. How to Create a Request
