At Zawki, we want your premium international footwear to fit perfectly. We offer a tailored return and exchange system calculated specifically for each item to give you maximum flexibility.

2. Return Timeline

  1. The exact number of return/exchange days allowed for each item is explicitly displayed on that individual product details page within our platform.
  2. The timeline starts the moment you accept and pay for the package.

3. Eligibility & Footwear Condition

To qualify for a successful exchange or return, items must meet these strict criteria:

  1. Unworn: Shoes must be entirely unused, clean, and show zero signs of indoor or outdoor wear.
  2. Original Box: Items must be returned in their original undamaged manufacturer's box with all original tags, paper inserts, and packaging intact.

4. Shipping Fees

  1. Size Exchange / Change of Mind: The customer covers all associated return shipping and local courier fees.
  2. Zawki Error (Wrong item/Defect): Zawki covers 100% of the delivery and return fees—you will not pay anything extra.

5. How to Create a Request

Submit your request directly through our automated portals:

  2. Via Mobile App: Open the app -> Go to the More menu -> Select Return Request -> Tap Create Request.
